I have the same machine. It’s around 780,00 right now. When it hit 500,000 we had a little celebration. If I’m still there when it hits 1,000,000 we’re having a party.

Do you know how many years it was in use? Any major repairs?

Crazy. Would take my last place about 6000 days, no days off, to reach that number.

Enjoy your retirement! Hope you’re able to settle down somewhere. Probably don’t want to be close to water. I get it.

I’m mentally turning this into “Seasons of Love” from Rent.

Takes me back to my stoned p-hut days in the stink. This was back when they had beers too. I can literally smell my soggy pants from a long shift. Thanks for the memories, honestly that job wasn’t the worst kitchen job I ever had.

At least 100 are just empty runs checking temps and prep for an inspection
